SHIPPING

When will my order ship? I ship all orders within 7 business days. Mail carriers may have delays that are outside of my control.

Will I get a tracking number? I include a shipment tracking number for orders through Careerlog. I cannot guarantee order tracking for purchases through one of my online retailers or wholesale partner.

Do you ship internationally? I do not offer international (outside of the U.S.) shipping at this time.

Can I change my order? Please contact me immediately to discuss any changes to your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you take custom card requests? Yes, I do collaborate with organizations on custom projects for large product orders. Custom projects include additional fees and must align with the design and messaging of the Careerlog brand.

Can I create my own mix of Networking Notecard Kits? Yes. This is a custom order on quantities of 25+ kits. Please contact me to get started.

Do you address notecards and send them to recipients? Yes, this service is an additional fee for large orders. This includes a handwritten message and a hand-addressed envelope with a USPS first-class stamp. Shipment tracking is not included. 

What is your refund policy? I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me if there is an issue with your order.

Do you offer curated gift packages? I offer items to include in curated gifts, however, I do not offer packaging for curated gifts at this time.
