Participants include team leads and their interns, new hires, or volunteers who are new to the workforce and their professional roles.

The objective is to add real-time value to daily work and team interactions.

New leaders gain a genuine mindset and empowering strategies to elevate their leadership journey and position themselves as confident, influential leaders.

Participants include emerging leaders at work, on campus, and in volunteer roles.

The objective is for leaders to: Communicate their vision in a compelling way. Uncover a natural leadership style that inspires and motivates others. Cultivate a nurturing and productive team culture. Explore strategies to balance responsibilities, build supportive relationships, and make a lasting impact.

Participants meet virtually for 4 weeks or a single in-person workshop. Coming soon.
